With people as the ONLY asset a company really has, the care we take developing and responding to them is the most important responsibility. People produce the work, drive the company, and create the culture. I consider myself a guardian to help foster the best environment in which every member of the company can work together and move the best ideas forward. The human aspect of our relationships and the collaboration it takes to create is what I am most passionate about.  I have eighteen years of experience in the human resources field and continue to learn how to make this philosophy a reality.

Margaret is a seasoned Human Resources veteran with over 20 years of Human Resources experience.

Before starting Thought Lens, Margaret served as VP or Human resources for over 5 years at mOcean, a top entertainment advertising agency in Los Angeles. Prior to mOcean, Margaret was VP of Human Resources at Ignition, a full-service Advertising Agency. In Margaret’s positions, she has built HR departments and practices from the ground up, ranging from diversity-inclusive programs to generating cost-effective recruitment strategies. 

Margaret graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a B.S. in Business Administration and Management.
